Etima has the right number of platforms depending on the required speed . The selection of the right size of the OPP labeler can be selected from the table below:

Maximum speed may be limited by the size of the container to which the label is applied. To determine the exact speed, contact the design office is necessary.

The ETIMA labeler has all drive mechanisms on OMRON servo motors. Thanks to this, each drive has high precision and lower energy consumption.

All traditional interaxle gears, chains, cardan shafts and belt drives have been replaced with the most efficient and reliable solutions.

The design of the Etima labeller allows easy access for format change (only 15 minutes!) or maintenance, and also enables a quick and effective cleaning procedure . All contact parts are made of stainless steel, aluminum or other non-corrosive materials ensuring high hygienic conditions. The installation and transport of the Etima machine is very simple, because the Etima is built (and packed) from only two modules – the label station and the carousel module. These modules are electrically connected to each other by two HARTING type connectors.
