PET blowing machines

SMF offers, makes design and installs small and medium speed milk, ESL milk, dairy products, water and CSD products filling lines suitable for the speed 3 000 up to 28 000 bph for 500ml. With our wide range of modern PET blowing machines , system of conveyors tailored & made by us and individual designs of bottles, SMF can meet expectations of most demanding customers.

We offer also solution for water filling lines for big water bottles 3-10L or 10-20L liters which can be also us in water dispenser (as better alternative to polycarbonate bottles – PET bottles are BPA free).

Adapting to customer’s production line

As machine’s manufacturer we can design & adjust the line according customer’s needs & situation & budget and provide technical support. Together with the client we develop layout of the production line and design of the bottle which allows most economical production of the bottles.

Container factory design

SMF blowing machines, thanks to their composite dimensions, can be adapted to work in container factories. The filling line located into ready containers can ready for use almost immediately after supplied, which allows to reduce time and costs of building.

Building small PET blowing machines

We have long experience in building small PET blowing machines as an integrated part of bottling factory in containers – for civil & military use. All necessary utilities such as compressor, dryer, chiller and product preparation can be also included in such concept.

Block solutions

Sensitive products like milk or cream may require special hygienic conditions during the filling. SMF offers block solutions which have been designed in accordance with the requirements and expectations of the dairy industry.

This is perfect solution for packaging into PET bottles with working speed of 4,000 to 12,000 bottles / h.

PET bottling

PET bottling , the sterilization / rinsing module as well as the filling and capping units have been combined into one machine. The entire operation of blowing and transferring the bottle takes place in special conditions thanks to the isolation of the machine with a casing and the use of overpressure that prevents the penetration of impurities.

The finished bottle, immediately after blowing, is transferred to the tribloc star, where it is disinfected and rinsed. Then, in the dry and sterile section of the machine, the bottle is filled and closed. This solution allows to significantly reduce the amount of atrophaeus microorganisms and allows to extend shelf life of the product up to 6 months (in cold chain).
